TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booth rental and fees are due on date specified on the invoice.  If payment is not received by the due date on the
invoice, it will result in the loss of any discounts.  Golden Future Career Fairs (GFCF) is not responsible for individual
Exhibitor materials and displays.  Exhibitor assumes full responsibility and liability for the actions of its agents,
employees, or independent contractors, acting within or outside the scope of their authority, and agrees to indemnify
and hold GFCF, it's owners, employees, agents, contractors, and hotels harmless from all liability suits, obligations,
fines, damages, penalties, claims, and costs, including without limitation, attorney's fees and disbursements, that may
be imposed upon or incurred by or asserted against any of the indemnities by reason of any acts or omissions of the
Exhibitor in connection with Exhibitor's participation in the Career Fair.  Each Exhibitor shall, at their own expense,
secure and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance.  Exhibitor grants permission to GFCF to use Exhibitor's
name and/or logos for promotional purposes in connection with the show or other shows produced by GFCF.  GFCF
agrees to promote the event in a way it feels will be the best way to attract quality attendees.

Cancellation Policy:  If Exhibitor cancels this contract 30 days prior to their chosen event, GFCF will refund 50% of the
registration fee (or invoice for only 50% of the registration fee if payment has not been made).  If, for any reason, the
Exhibitor cancels after the 30 day window, the Exhibitor will not be entitled to any refund and will be responsible for
paying the entire registration fee.  If an Exhibitor is a no-show to the event, no refund will be given and Exhibitor will
be responsible for paying the entire registration fee.  GFCF reserves the right to change location and/or date of the
show with reasonable notice provided to the Exhibitor, without a refund to the Exhibitor. This contract becomes valid on
the date that it is submitted.
