Salary:  Special Agent trainees at the FBI Academy are paid as GS-10, step 1 ($43,441) plus the Quantico, VA
locality adjustment (17.50%) during their time at the FBI Academy. This equates to $51,043 on an annualized
basis (or $1,963 per each two-week pay period).

time staff, including student workers.

Registrar Assistant works under moderate supervision from the Assistant Registrar in performing a variety of
administrative tasks that require a certain degree of independent judgment and discretion.  Performs a variety of

answering student questions and maintaining files.
Responsibilities:
*Assists the Registrar in coordinating Registration activities, in assembling graduation packets and performing

The Associate Education Advisor works under limited supervision, responsible for generating prospective students
for enrollment in DeVry's academic programs; obtains leads through school visits, contacts students to obtain
their approval to start the enrollment process; responsible for all phases of the student admissions process from
marketing the program with students to qualifying them for enrollment in a DeVry education.
Responsibilities:
*Conducts telephone interviews to screen initial questions from potential student applicants and to set up
campus interviews with them.

reviewing budgets, and meeting annual financial and occupancy targets. This position will oversee student

STUDENT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR / INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADVISOR
The successful candidate will develop and implement programs and activities that support the needs, and foster
the personal growth, of students. Specifically, this position will be responsible for Student Activities and
Programs, Student Clubs, New Student Orientation, and Special Events. This includes advising the Student
Activities Council and providing oversight to student clubs, as well as promoting community service opportunities,
maintaining current community contacts and resources, and acting as liaison as needed. Other duties include
international student services, with primary emphasis on maintaining school and enrolled students' DHS
compliance while simultaneously supporting the admissions effort to continue to enroll new international
students. Working with the school's Admissions and Academic Affairs departments, this individual will also
complete ongoing auditing of new and continuing student files to maintain compliance with SEVIS requirements.
Qualifications:  The position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's in Student Personnel, Education, Counseling,
or related field preferred) and a minimum 2 years' experience developing and facilitating programs and activities
at a post-secondary institution. Experience in student counseling or working with international student
populations preferred. Experience advising student clubs and organizations, as well as overseeing new student
orientation and mentorship programs is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional will
exceptional interpersonal, customer service, communication, and issue resolution skills. Strong computer,
analytical and organizational skills required. We are seeking a motivated team player with effective leadership
abilities, as well as the ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A solid
