PROJECT COORDINATOR
Description:  This position is responsible for all aspects of project coordination including, but not limited to reviewing job orders,
designs and production prints, coordinating jobs through permitting, survey and manufacturing and ensuring complete and
accurate information throughout the entire project. The project coordinator will also assist the install manager with all levels of
field support including coordination of on-site work and completing necessary paperwork for any changes that occur during the
project. Finally, project coordinators will coordinate with customers for a final inspection of the project to ensure satisfaction with
the project.
Requirements:  The successful candidate must be organized with the ability to handle multiple projects at a given time and have
excellent professional communication skills both oral and written. The successful candidate should also possess a minimum of
five years project coordination experience as well as knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. Custom sign manufacturing
experience and Microsoft Project also a plus. The successful candidate must also be comfortable communicating face to face in
a professional manner with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and architects. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and
possessing a clean driving record is a must. The successful candidate must also be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular
basis.

Description:  Sign Installation Technicians install both electrical and non-electrical signs as well as pan channel letters and
message centers.

driving record. A good attendance record and the ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions are a must. The successful
candidate should also possess a current CDL or have the ability to obtain one, have strong electrical knowledge and welding

milestones.
Requirements:  The successful candidate must have excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. Must be

multi-task in a fast paced environment. Project coordination and estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction

PLEX SHOPMAN/JOURNEYMAN
Description:  This person is directly responsible for manufacturing and assembling sign cabinets, assemblies and sign faces
including working with digital prints and vinyl cut graphics.
Requirements:  At least 3 - 5 years experience in sign plastic fabrication, vinyl application and basic CADCAM/Router computer
skills. Additional overall sign manufacturing knowledge including, but not limited to electrical, paint, letter fabrication, install, sheet
metal is a plus. May be asked to assist in other areas of the department including but not limited to applying vinyl, using computer
skills to assist with layout and run routers. Strong organizational and communication skills. Must be able to meet short deadlines
and be quality oriented. Be a positive team player with good attendance
