
HOUSING EDUCATION COUNSELOR
A Housing Education Counselor provides accurate, relevant and helpful information to assist clients and
potential clients in developing solutions in money management, credit related and housing issues via
telephone consultation by performing the following duties:
Assesses clients' financial situation based on the information furnished by the client.
Assists clients in developing a budget and setting financial goals.
Produces written action plan that supports the course of action that promotes the clients' best interests or the
clients' choice of action.
Motivates the client to implement the established plan.
Performs elements of on-going casework as needed to provide service and problem-solving assistance for
client inquiries and account management.
Provides information to clients including, but not limited to bankruptcy, collection action, court judgment, credit
education, credit reports, housing issues, consumer protection laws, student loans, wage attachments, etc.
Explains credit report ratings and protections laws to clients and provides answers to clients' questions.
Conducts telephone interviews to determine whether or not client has developed a general understanding of
the information pertaining to homeownership and/or being a landlord. Completes the required assessment,
generates and distributes appropriate paperwork, and inputs data as required.
Conducts telephone inquiries as to the status of the clients for the Early Delinquency Intervention. Informs
clients of the agency services, makes referrals and performs other duties associated with the program. Offers
by telephone Early Delinquency Intervention to clients.
Answers incoming calls from the national Hope Line designed to provide immediate assistance to homeowners
in distress and danger of foreclosure
Prepares materials for housing workshops.
Audits the Housing files to insure compliance with the current regulations. Insures that CCCS policies are
followed in the housing files. Participates in special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or
training (EAP, financial services, counseling, banking, credit and collection); or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Mortgage experience is required.
Salary: 15.39-16.39 hourly plus 100% employer paid benefits after 90 days

CREDIT COUNSELOR
Credit Counselors provide counseling to individuals and families including, but not limited to, personal financial
counseling, debt management, housing counseling, credit report review. Provides accurate, relevant and
helpful information to assist clients and potential clients in developing solutions in money management,
housing and credit related issues via telephone, Internet or in-person consultation by performing the following
duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Confers with client to ascertain available monthly income after living expenses to meet credit obligations.
Determines and calculates feasibility of debt management plan based on clients' and creditors' ability to
participate.
Calculates amount of debt and funds available to plan method of payoff and estimate time for debt liquidation.
Establishes payment priorities to reduce client's overall costs by liquidating high-interest, short-term loans or
contracts first.
Produces a written action plan that supports the counselor's conclusion as to the course of action that
promotes the client's best interests or the client's choice of action.

Counsels client on personal and family financial problems such as excessive spending and borrowing of funds.

HOUSING PROGRAMS SUPERVISOR
Supervises and coordinates activities of counselors engaged in carrying out departmental objectives by
performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. The Director of Program Services may assign other
duties:
Oversees Housing Education programs and partnerships. On a daily basis monitors the counseling needs in
relation to the demand for counseling sessions and works with the Housing Program Coordinator to add
appointments where necessary. Serves as the primary liaison between CCCS and partners.
Contributes to the annual HUD grant or any other applicable grant.
Performs counseling duties when needed.
Checks voice mail messages on the daily basis, returns calls and handles requests from brokers and lenders.
Reviews work load, schedules, assignments, status of on-going work, and available counselors for work
assignments and prepares reports in order to plan department activities.
Reviews and approves timesheets and tracks employee attendance and reviews company attendance policies
with employees as needed.
Complete timely Performance review and quarterly meetings with direct reports.
Reviews counseling sessions, reports, paperwork, and other records prepared by the counselors for clarity,
completeness, accuracy, and conformance with agency policies. Performs quality improvement duties in
conjunction with agency quality improvement guidelines.
Coordinates work activities of counselors with other departments to prevent delays in action required or to
improve services to clients. Assists counselors with complex or unusual counseling situations.
Conducts housing education workshops in the community, and for housing partners. Responsible for
community involvement with city and state agencies, participation in community-wide housing events as
representative of the agency, and otherwise responsible for assisting in the implementation of the agency's
strategic business development plan.
Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints. Plans and conducts,
or arranges for new and on-going training of staff.
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
Works with management to establish and achieve departmental goals and to develop policies and procedures
in the development of long range plans for the department.
Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises counselors in the Housing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in
accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees;
planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; AND one to two years direct supervisory related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HOUSING SUPPORT CLERK
Summary: The primary goal of a Housing Support Clerk is to perform Early Delinquency Intervention by making
outbound calls to distressed homeowners in danger of losing their homes to foreclosure. When a potential
client is reached, the Housing Support Clerk would describe to them in detail, the free service that our agency
offers. (The Housing Department is funded by Grants and lenders, never by charging our clients) An
appointment for a comprehensive budget analysis will be scheduled for the client so a Certified Housing
Counselor may assist the client in potentially saving their home from foreclosure and catching up with their
payment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Makes outbound calls to phone numbers on a list containing delinquent borrower’s information in order to
contact potential clients, evaluate their needs, and schedule counseling appointments.
Answers incoming calls, describes services to potential clients, evaluates clients’ situations and schedules
counseling appointments for clients as needed.
Performs data entry duties including entering client data into multiple electronic databases while observing
time constraints and meeting deadlines.
Prepares materials to be mailed to clients and business partners.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three
months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
STORE MANAGER
Responsible for supervising the implementation of the Company's marketing and sales plans. Ensures high
product quality and availability. Promotes and maintains a high level of customer service, ensuring continued
patronage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implements company policies, standards, systems and procedures to attain excellence in customer satisfaction.
Performs administrative duties and completes required reports accurately and by the company set deadlines.
Ensures the efficient operation of company facilities and equipment.

Implements local store marketing activities to achieve sales forecasts.
Prepares sales and other related reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Reviews and analyzes actual sales performance of the branch/store against sales targets/plan.
Responsible for the proper maintenance of all equipment in the stores to prevent breakdowns and minimize
cost repairs.
Conducts accurate month-end inventory of all finished products, supplies, and raw materials in the store.
Ensures optimum labor efficiency of the stores through proper planning and scheduling of staff.

Coordinates the flow of work between workstations and other employees.

hiring of new personnel to the Store Manager.

Checks the quality of baked and SO products for sale, ensuring proper shelf-life and storage.
Handles customer complaints and offers solutions. If solution not acceptable, refers complaint to Store
Manager or VP Operations/Area Manager.
Ensures that cleanliness is maintained in all workstations at all times.
Ensures that food safety procedures in the store are strictly adhered to.
Maintains a high-level of customer interaction.
Prepares and submits sales projections and forecasts periodically and makes adjustments whenever
necessary.
Monitors equipment functions, facilities and supply levels for effective store operations.

Reporting directly to the Plant manager, PPIC Analysts is responsible for the preparation of production plans
and coordinates activities related to servicing the customer (stores) while safeguarding inventories at
corporate inventory targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares Production plan based on machine capacity, available manpower economical run and minimum batch
size.
Generates daily sales and order based on store requests.
Analyzes raw material availability to support production plan.
Monitors inventory movement of in-process items and warehouse items and assure availability of supply.
Prepares purchase requisitions of all materials ensuring availability and maintaining corporate inventory target.
Monitors production output versus plan.
Reviews and update planning and inventory parameters.
Monitors inventory level of all items (work-in-process, finished goods, raw and packaging materials) in
accordance to the defined targets, safety stock level and storage space.
Generates weekly and monthly inventory reports- inventory valuation; inventory days level, obsolete inventory
